About Me

“I started Strength Lab to raise the standard of personal training in Melbourne. After more than 12 years working in the industry, I saw a clear need for structure, personalisation and a higher level of care. My goal has always been to create a space where clients are coached properly, progress is tracked, and results are earned through consistency and clarity.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including beginners, experienced lifters and competitive athletes. What I focus on is helping people build long-term progress through a program that fits their goals, their body and their lifestyle. I’m not interested in trends or quick fixes. I coach to help people build real strength, both physically and mentally.”
