The people who get rapid results and make awesome body transformations are the ones who stick to their plans or macro goals everyday of the week. The ones that resist the burgers and donuts on the weekends and don’t drink alcohol.

It’s cool if you want to be social, eat out regularly and drink while training and take a bit more of a relaxed approach but don’t expect to see your body comp changing heaps week to week. The progress will be slow, steady and may not be measurable week to week but over the long term you will improve.

Awesome results require work, dedication and sacrifice! You’ll need to say no to some nights out with your friends, you’ll need to say no to dinners and lunches where you stuff your face. You’ll need to stay in a calorie deficit for more than just a few days in a row. You’ll need to go and train and do cardio even when you don’t feel like it. You’ll need to eat to your plan what even if you CBF.

I think some people string a few good days together followed by a few nights out and then scratch their heads thinking ‘why don’t I look like this guy or girl who’s looking shredded’. Your body will always represent the effort and dedication you put in.
