One of the biggest issues people face is that the environment around them doesn’t match the goals they have for themselves. You’ve made the decision you want to be healthier, you start eating better, you start going to the gym and that’s all going great while you’re in that world, that environment.
But what about when you leave that environment? Are you coping the classics?
“It’s one meal surely it won’t effect things that much.”
“Is that really all you’re going to eat?”
“You can skip the gym.”
“You’re no fun anymore.”
“Surely you can have a few drinks.”
First of all this is just a bunch of things someone will say to you to make themselves feel better. And secondly they aren’t the words from someone who’s in your corner supporting you. Take a moment and have a think about who are the 5 people you spend the most time around…chances are you are the average of those 5 people and that will greatly influence your behaviour, your habits and your mindset.
