About Me

Zac’s training journey began more than 10 years ago, not from a place of confidence, but from recovery. After undergoing wrist surgery as a teenager, the gym became a way to rebuild strength and regain a sense of capability. What started as rehabilitation quickly evolved into a deeper commitment to training and self improvement.

Over the following years, Zac immersed himself in strength training, putting on significant size before refining his approach and physique through smarter, more intentional training. That process taught him firsthand the importance of structure, patience and sustainability, lessons that now shape how he coaches others.

Today, Zac works with clients from a wide range of training backgrounds, supporting goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, strength development, mobility and confidence in the gym. He takes a highly individualised approach, tailoring programs not only to each client’s body, but also to their lifestyle, schedule and long term goals.

Zac’s coaching style is practical, supportive and realistic. He believes training should be challenging, but also enjoyable and sustainable. By combining clear programming, sensible nutrition strategies and consistent support, he helps clients build results that last without unnecessary complexity or burnout.
