
So many competitors mess their preps up by making mistakes with their diet (and training but today lets focus on nutrition 😜) One of the biggest mistakes I see is reducing calories too low too quickly. Guys you need to realize that your body will adapt to whatever calorie adjustment you make to your diet so don’t make massive calorie reductions and leave yourself with no where to go to burn the remaining body fat.
Make small calorie reductions of 5-10% depending on where you’re at in your prep. Let your body yield results from each small adjustment you make until you reach your desired condition. 🔪👙
