
So that means when building a plan make sure you build one that you can stick to. It’s all good and well to go hardcore super strict but it’s pointless if it’s only going to last three days.
That’s why when we build our clients plans we ask questions, find out more about them, are they a sweet tooth? when do they typically fall off the wagon? What are their favourite foods, what are their trigger foods…all these things help paint a picture on what sort of plan is going to help this client get to where they want to get and also going to help them continue long after reaching their goal.
