
Being in a calorie deficit is inevitably going to leave you hungry sometimes. Some people find it really difficult to combat this feeling of hunger and feel extremely uncomfortable when this feeling comes on.
I equate hunger with fat loss results just like we equate those last few reps of a hard set to muscle growth.
Change your mindset around hunger. If you associate it with something bad you will most likely struggle big time. If you associate it with fat loss and results all of a sudden you start to push your body into that zone for longer periods. Forcing your body to run on reserves (fat tissue) for longer.
The reality is not very many of us can lose significant amounts of body fat on tonnes of calories. You will feel hungry. Welcome it, it’s part of the process.
