Guys, a plan is no good if you are not measuring regularly and adjusting based on your bio feedback.

Anyone can create a training and nutrition plan but the skill is in making adjustments based on what you’re seeing happen from that plan.

This is why we don’t do one off workout or nutrition plans as we don’t believe in them.

You should be regularly assessing your results either by visual, calipers, measurements, body weight or a combination of all of these methods to see whether a) what you are doing is working and b) if you can improve on the result or your performance. Then create the next training program or adjust the nutrition plan to yield the intended results. ✌🏼
