About Me
“I began my lifting journey at 16, and from my very first training session, I knew resistance training would always be a part of my life.
Growing up, I played a variety of sports including tennis, badminton, and swimming, but it was weight training that truly sparked my interest in understanding how the body moves and adapts. That curiosity eventually led me to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science at RMIT University.
I’m committed to continuously learning and improving — whether that means expanding my knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, refining my coaching skills, or finding better ways to communicate and support people with different fitness goals and experiences.
My core values as a coach revolve around growth, integrity, and connection. I believe in meeting people where they are, creating a supportive environment, and helping them develop confidence both in and out of the gym. For me, training isn’t just about physical change — it’s about building habits, mindset, and self-belief that carry over into every part of life.”
