About Me
“I started my journey within the gym in late high school which lead me to completing my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at ACU.
I have since worked in gyms for the last 5 years. As I continued to expand my knowledge of resistance training I knew it I was hooked! With what started as enjoying the physical benefits of training, I quickly realised the positive mental health effects strength training can have.
Ever since then I have had a passion for health and fitness. I have a strong desire to share my knowledge with others and to help them achieve their own physical and mental goals.”
