Chris is the Head of Education at Strength Lab and an experienced coach with a background in Exercise Science. He combines deep technical knowledge with real-world coaching to help clients transform their bodies, improve performance and build lasting results.

About Me
“I started working out at quite a young age (around 15 years old), at the time it was to get stronger to continue playing sport and push myself to higher levels. I quickly noticed the impact training and nutrition could have on performance in a sporting environment. As the years passed I fell in love with training to the point that I become more interested in my improving body composition rather than playing sport.
This passion led me to study an Exercise Science degree at university. I used this knowledge in human physiology, biomechanics and nutrition to train and prepare myself for a bodybuilding show in 2014 which I won. This experience made me even more passionate about training and nutrition. So much so that I started to help others with their fitness goals by becoming a personal trainer and coach full time.
Since then I have trained and coached 100’s of clients to achieve their goals successfully from complete beginners to advanced bodybuilders and sports athletes.
