About Me
“Fitness has always been a big part of my life, starting with competitive gymnastics, which taught me discipline, resilience, and the joy of pushing my limits. When an injury took me away from gymnastics, I explored different ways to stay active. After trying several sports, I discovered strength training, a form of movement that challenged me both physically and mentally and kept me coming back every day. I’ve now been training consistently for five years and continue to love the journey.
As a trainer, I’m passionate about helping people build strength, improve body composition, and develop a healthy, balanced approach to training and nutrition. I work with clients on goals such as hypertrophy, fat loss, and women’s strength training, tailoring programs to fit individual needs and lifestyles. I focus on making training approachable, effective, and built around what works best for each client. I’m committed to ongoing learning and staying up to date with the latest training methods so I can provide practical guidance that helps people feel stronger, healthier, and more empowered in and out of the gym.”
