About Me
“My fitness journey began at 15 after years of playing sports and experimenting with different training methods. Watching my older brother dive into competitive bodybuilding sparked my curiosity, and after finishing high school, I jumped straight into a personal training course. That’s when I fell in love with nutrition and helping people improve their health and performance.
In 2019 I started a four-year Public Health Nutrition degree, diving into sports, clinical, and performance nutrition and also started my bikini bodybuilding journey. I competed in my first bikini competition in the UK and ended winning my show.
I later joined Monash University’s SWIFt study in Melbourne, a world-first trial on intermittent fasting for night shift workers, before completing my degree with honours and moving back to Melbourne to continue pursuing my passion for bodybuilding.
As a coach, my style is all about health, fitness, and balance. I love helping clients achieve their goals safely, sustainably, and with confidence—while enjoying the journey along the way!”
