First up studies have shown that those who consumed a good chunk of their protein in the “anabolic window” had little to no difference when compared to another group who consumed the same amount of protein evenly across the entire day.
Secondly it has been shown that the anabolic window was more likely to exist for as long as 4-6 hours from finishing your workout. So chill you’ve got time to stretch and cool down after training you don’t need to skip it… again.
