MOVEMENT and enough of it. When it comes to fat loss our main goal is the correct energy balance with your diet. So from a exercise perspective we want to move enough to expend enough energy to keep us in a deficit.
So my advice is pick something you love to do and enjoy. Weightlifting, CrossFit, Hiking, Sports, Running, the list goes on. By picking something you enjoy you are far more likely to stay compliant to it and feel more positively towards your fat loss journey.
Now if in your fat loss goal you have secondary goals such as run a marathon, to compete on stage, to complete some sort of trek well that is when you are going to need to be a little more specific with your movement choices… but chances are if that’s your goal you’re going to enjoy it anyway. 🤷🏽♂️
This whole health and fitness thing doesn’t need to be a chore, a boring process or something you “have” to do. It can be a positive and enjoyable experience provided you shut half the bullshit out and just do what makes you happy.
