Why would anyone get a coach when you can just google ‘best exercises for abs’ or ‘keto recipes to lose fat’?

Well, for the same reason that if your car was making a funny noise you wouldn’t just get a set of spanners out and google ‘how to fix funny noise coming from bonnet’.

Trying to make a body do what it REALLY DOESN’T WANT TO DO (grow lots of muscle quickly / lose more fat than it thinks is necessary) is a process that is easy to START but can be much harder to FINISH.

A good coach brings the experience to know how to design a program in phases built for YOU along with the creativity to adjust that program along the way (which WILL need to happen). It also means you’ll have something to stick to instead of jumping between random programs you find online. And that’s probably half the problem solved.
