Females can often be a little more tricky when it comes to getting lean.
Females often are:
✅ more sensitive to changes and adjustments
✅ more adaptive creatures
This can easily cause plateau’s in results quite quickly if you don’t know what you’re doing đŸ€”

When we look at getting woman lean we always consider the following:
✅ Never drop calories too low as this will most likely have the opposite effect causing a plateau in your results
✅ Periodize your nutrition correctly and make cutting calories your last option. Try changing macros, diet breaks, refeeds etc. If you cut calories every time you hit a plateau you’re calories will be at rock bottom in no time.
✅ Manage gut health, stress and overtraining. Females can be quite sensitive to the above and this can really slow or halt results. 
✅ Prioritize weight training! Get off the elliptical and start lifting heavy weights. Your metabolism will thank you đŸ™đŸŒ Create demand for calories by training heavy and hard. You won’t get ‘bulky’ 😂

Most of all have patience. Females have a lot more ups and down in body weight throughout the month. Allow time for it to show in the mirror and on the scales before changing anything.
