My passion for fitness started at the age of 15 when I had my own personal transformation of losing 10 kilos strength training and and nutrition. I turned this passion into a career by studying and graduating from my sports science degree at Deakin University in 2013.
I have been working in the fitness industry for more than 10 years now and have helped lots of people achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether it is to get stronger and leaner or lose weight to feel comfortable and confident within yourself, I believe the best way to achieve this is by following a plan that accommodates your lifestyle.
