My fitness journey started at the ripe age of 14. Playing a lot of sport growing up I wanted to add some more muscle to my frame. In those first few years in the gym, many mistakes were made and many ego lifts were (regretfully) attempted.
Once I completed high school, my love for the gym and passion for fitness led me to completing my Certificates 3 and 4 in fitness.
Since commencing as a personal trainer over 10 years ago, I have helped transform countless people’s lives through individually tailored programs and constant support.
I believe that my success stems from my own personal fitness journey as I am able to understand what my clients are experiencing when changing their lives and provide the right support and assistance so they succeed.
I have a deep rooted passion for helping people lose weight, build muscle and build more confidence. I’m a massive believer in enjoying the journey otherwise the destination is pointless. That is why you will always find me laughing, bantering (even at 6am in the morning) and ensuring that every client walks out of the gym feeling better then when they walked in.
