The age old question we get asked time and time again! First of all there is no magical number, secondly it comes down to what you are trying to achieve through your training and how you are periodising it. Here’s a little guide to help!

➡️ Strength 1-5 Rep Range!
➡️ Functional Hypertrophy 5-8 Rep Range!
➡️ Hypertrophy 8-12 Rep Range!
➡️ Strength Endurance 13+ Rep Range!

Now depending on your program or training phase you may incorporate several of these ranges or may focus on just one, that will be dependant on what your over all goal is!
