I speak to lots of people everyday that get started on fat loss diets but after just a few weeks their awesome results stop. Despite their continued dedication to their nutrition and training plan. Why is this?
When you are losing body fat you are in essence fighting your bodies defence mechanism that was put in place to stop you from starving. This is why the plan that initially had you getting awesome results now is giving you nothing.
As you drop body fat your body begins to adapt to all the positive benefits like losing body fat and begins to magnify all the negative symptoms like hunger, cravings and low energy. Unfortunately that is just the way your body responds to eating less calories.
These mechanisms once served us well a long time ago when there was a chance we could starve to death. Now there’s a 7/11 on every corner and its never been easier to be fat. So today lets talk about some strategies that will help you overcome these issues and make fat loss much easier for you!
