Are You Messing Up Your Sleep Quality?

Poor sleep quality is linked to so many problems including blood sugar issues, digestive dysfunction, obesity and fat gain, catabolism of muscle, impaired thyroid function, impaired immune system, hormonal imbalances, food cravings and insulin resistance.
As you can see sleep quality is pretty important.
To improve your sleep look at reducing stress levels as this is usually the main culprit, making your room completely dark, getting rid of electronics and blue light, getting rid of noise.
You should be aiming to get 7-9 hours of QUALITY sleep. That doesn’t mean tossing and turning all night. You should be sleeping like a log throughout the whole night and most important of all wake up feeling refreshed and rested not dead tired still. There are many other factors to consider like nutrition, training, lifestyle and supplementation which we will cover in more depth with a live video on Facebook and Instagram tomorrow at 12pm ✌🏼
