There is already so much negativity in the world the last thing you should be doing is adding to it when you look in the mirror.

Be kind to yourself, build yourself up and pat yourself on the back. To often we get stuck picking out everything wrong with ourselves and spend little to no time highlighting all that we’ve achieved, how far we’ve come and the positives.

You’ll spend a whole week dieting nailing your food but then have one donut and the worlds ending, you tell yourself you’ve ruined the week. You miss one session in the gym, start beating yourself up and forget that you’ve been consistently hitting the gym for a month now.
