I find that mindset is one of the biggest missing links with people chasing their goals. They may eat their meal plan to the gram, do every set and every rep on their program but when it comes to mindset it is completely wrong. “I can’t do it” “My body never shifts fat” “My weight is not dropping” “Will I be ready for my show”

You’re already living in a space where your goal will not be achieved and this will stop you from achieving it.
Get rid of the negativity and self doubt and stop focusing all your energy on what’s not going right and the bad things that may happen.
Focus your energy into remembering, imagining and knowing that you will get your desired result and this will set you on the path to achieve it.
