Intermittent Fasting or Time Restrictive Dieting does NOT lead to faster fat loss

If your baseline calories is 2500 and you time restrict diet (eg. only eat between 12:00pm & 8:00pm) and in that time you eat 2500 calories there will be no fat loss.
If you Intermittent Fast (5 days of baseline & 2 low days) across the WEEK you have created a deficit. If 5 of those days were in a surplus and the deficit of the 2 low days meant over a week you came out baseline, there would be no fat loss.
For there to be fat loss first and foremost there needs to be a deficit, fasting does not enhance fat loss but does have its own unrelated benefits.
