Training intensity and hard work is something I see lacking more and more these days and one of the biggest reasons people get slow / sh*t results.
When I say intensity I don’t mean how close you are training to your one rep max. I mean the effort put into each working set and pushing your body beyond what it was capable of doing the session before.

The truth is most people train like pansy boys and girls and are not willing to get outside their comfort zone of pain to achieve great results.

New muscle growth lies outside your comfort zone people. Next time you’re about give up on your set ask yourself if you truely don’t have any more reps left in the tank.. I bet you do 💪🏽
